You can digitally order a towing assistance and see on the map how far away the towing truck driver is. The service operates in Estonia and in Europe. Digital solutions also come in handy when a minor "scratch" happens in the parking lot. You can call Avis customer service and make a selection, after which you will receive a message with a damage report form where you can describe the incident and attach images. This saves nearly 75 percent of your time. Further information regarding the incident will also be sent to your phone, including updates on the arrival of spare parts and possible repair times.
